ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION RATES
Annual subscription fees (payable upfront renewable in 12 month terms):
$2500 per listing for individual properties or a portfolio up to 24 villas
$2000 per listing for a portfolio between 25-49 villas
$1750 per listing for a portfolio with 50 or more villas*
Annual subscriptions include:
- Commission-free real time lead generation delivered directly to your reservations department
- Inclusion on all rental elements of the Sotheby's International Realty's cascading web platform
- Video placement on all USVISIR office video monitors
- Placement on all USVISIR ImageSurge multimedia screens
- Inclusion on USVISIR's social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat
- Discounted pricing on custom print materials through Xpressdocs.com
- Inclusion to any and all cooperative media outlet partners of Sotheby's International Realty for luxury rentals - a list that currently includes 24/7 syndication on:

Subscription Terms:
- All marketing materials must meet quality standards established by the Sotheby's International Realty (SIR) Style Guide.
- All properties must have at least ten (but no more than 24) SIR Style Guide compliant hi-res photos
- All properties must have a minimum of 800 words of SIR compliant ad copy
- All subscribers must execute the USVISIR Villa Marketing Service Agreement
- Annual subscription rates are payable bi-annually with options to renew every 12 months
Additional services available on a per listing basis:
SIR Compliant 3D Digital Virtual Tours (inclusive of annual hosting fees)
$1500 per listing for individual properties or a portfolio up to 24 villas
$1250 per listing for a portfolio between 25-49 villas
$1000 per listing for a portfolio with more than 50 villas
SIR Compliant Professional Photography (18-24 high-resolution, professionally retouched images including aerials captured by drone or helicopter)
